Management |
Our
Project Managers oversee the activities of each
project and ensures that everything is completed
on time and within budget. Our Project Managers
have invaluable knowledge and skills to identify
and coordinate critical tasks. They create and
manage timelines, task schedules and outlines
for status meetings and technical sessions while
monitoring progress, troubleshooting and managing
the contractual issues of the project, such
as change orders, billing, etc. Channel Tek
has an excellent track record of meeting critical
timelines, often under less than ideal circumstances.

| Systems
Design |
Our
in-house CAD team of designers have architectural
and technology design backgrounds. The Designers
not only work with our own sales representatives
and project managers, but also with clients'
technical people to produce drawings that reflect
the clients' concept, equipment selection and
desired functionality. The Senior Engineer is
an active participant in the installation phase,
working with the installation crew to address
questions and/or concerns with the functional
drawings. |

| Technical
Support & Installation |
Channel
Tek has a full slate of in-house Technical Support
and Installation staff. Each Technician receives
manufacturer's product and technical training
on a regular basis to remain proficient in installation
as well as handling any technical matters that
may arise with the products supplied. The Site
Manager coordinates the installation technicians
and communicates on a daily basis with the Senior
Engineer regarding the progress and material
requirements in order to achieve the milestones
on the timeline.
Channel Tek provides broadcast, post production
and presentation technology, but can also fabricate
custom components for systems, such as input
panels, lighting control panels, mounting structures,
and other custom devices. |

Our
Customer Service Team is dedicated to the service
and support of the systems and products that
we provide. We are the largest service &
support group dedicated to both the broadcast
and A/V industries in Pakistan . We are the
only Apple Video Partners in Pakistan and also
we have Apple Certified Service Centre. Our
Service Support staff, with expertise in the
broad spectrum of product lines that we carry,
tends to clients' questions, concerns and equipment
needs. They respond to on-site warranty/ non-warranty
service requirements and provide on-going system
preventative maintenance support, as well as
bench service. Our service support personnel
across the country endeavor to support all our

documentation, equipment supply and installation,
and warranty support for every project.

responsibility. We build new and temporary
broadcast and post production facilities
for special time-sensitive projects where

Whether it is retro-fitting an existing
structure or fabricating a new integration,
Channel Tek will provide technical consultation,
custom system design, supply andinstallation
of any component of an audio/visual solution.
With indepth knowledge on presentation technology,
Channel Tek can custom design an audio/visual
system that will allow not only quick and
easy access to information, but also specialized
media control with live interactive conferencing
capabilities and applications that emphasize
digital audio, Audio compression and echo
cancellation. Detailed design work outlining
all of the peripheral audio/visual hardware,
conduits, power, structural layouts including
mechanical, electrical and room designs
to assist the project architect or interior
designer for integration into the overall
construction plan can be provided as well. |

Channel Tek’ industry-experienced sales
representatives will first meet with the client
for a consultation session to get an idea of
their needs and expectations. Our team will
then design a system based on the equipment
selected by the client during the consultation
session. Once the system is approved, our technicians
will build, test and commission it before handing
it over. Channel Tek will provide warranties,
offer service support packages and can also
supply design-only and integration-only services,
independent of equipment selection.
